There are many options when considering a holiday motorhome hire in the UK. One thing I am thinking of doing is flying to the UK and finding a holiday motorhome hire and taking a tour. I just need to find and join one of the many caravan clubs that organizes tours every few weeks.
These apparently are free and consist of a group of like-minded people who simply want to enjoy a holiday tour of the UK countryside in their motorhomes. Considering UK’s roads and sights and the ease of holiday motorhome hire in the UK, it’s a great idea. I could just follow the experts.
The holiday trip I am looking at is a fourteen-day trip starting in Trentham, near Stoke on Trent in the midlands and it goes south to Bristol. Along the way, the tour stops at Alton Towers, which is a theme park with rides. The holiday motorhome caravan then goes to visit Shakespeare’s hometown and Salisbury plain, where Stonehenge is found. What I am really excited about is visiting the old Roman town of Bath with my holiday motorhome hire. The tour ends up in Bristol, and old sea town on the UK south coast. There we can see old markets and visit a UK cheese factory!
After that, we turn around and head back to Trentham. My only problem is that, all in all, for a fourteen day trip, it does not seem like a lot is planned. While I do like the leisurely approach to travel, taking my time and enjoying my holiday motorhome hire, I just would like to do a bit more. Therefore, I am still considering holiday motorhome hire and becoming part of an active group.
