Great music and arts festivals alternatives are consolidated across the globe, creating networks of information, cultural holdings share a common interest in transforming the world from a new perspective, where respect for the identity, environment, experimentation in the arts and music, set a new course to follow. Some of the most successful cases are Coachella and Lollapalooza in the U.S., Rock in Rio in Brazil, Rock Am Ring in Germany, Fuji Rock in Japan, Pinkpop in the Netherlands, Glastonbury in England and Quilmes in Argentina.

Convinced that Colombia is ready for a festival of its kind, was born on Nem-catacoa Festival. This Muisca god, protector of the parties, the chicha and the arts, is the contribution to the world to show the best image of our country, a celebration and commitment to life, music and the arts.

This first version of Nem-catacoa, will be held on Saturday 09 and Sunday 10 October in the courts of the Polo Club of Bogota. This beautiful setting surrounded by nature and mountains is located in the municipality of Cajicá just 30 minutes from Bogota. The festival will feature 3 stages, camping area with toilets, showers and lockers, entertainment area, an area of extreme sports, alternative art shows, performances of different artists, feeding areas with the participation of renowned restaurants and a main course following the presentation of artists already confirmed: Jamiroquai, Green Day, The Bravery, Tego Calderon, La Mala Rodriguez, Tony Dize and Quartet Nos.
